All complaints will be treated confidentially and will be dealt with as quickly and fairly as possible. Most complaints will be acknowledged by return, and all will be acknowledged within five working days. Where a problem takes longer than expected to reach an acceptable solution, we will keep you informed of progress.

Personalised Presents
Please remember orders for personalised presents take 2 weeks from receipt of your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel personalised orders once placed as the items are made especially for you. Some items may take a little longer for delivery due to the processes involved in their manufacture. These include A4 posters and bookmarks. To avoid disappointment please allow fourteen working days for all deliveries, although we will always endeavour to send out all orders as quickly as possible.

Catalogue Descriptions
Products are described as accurately as possible, but colours, designs and materials may occasionally vary from those illustrated.

Our no quibble guarantee means that if for any reason there is an error in the spelling of your child’s name and we are responsible the item you have purchased will be replaced within 14 working days. To avoid spelling errors in your child’s name we ask that you correctly fill in the two slots required when ordering all products.
